Refund Policy

1. Overview
Comichexa sells digital education products. Because content can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility balances customer fairness with protection against abuse. This policy explains typical outcomes; your specific order may include additional terms confirmed before payment.
2. How to request a refund or billing review
Email help@comichexa.online with your full name, purchase date, payment method used (last four digits if card), and order reference if available. Explain the reason for your request. We aim to respond within five (5) business days; complex cases can take longer.
3. General eligibility principles
- Accidental duplicate purchase: If you can show a clear duplicate charge for the same product in a short time window, we will typically refund the duplicate after verification.
- Technical failure on our side: If you cannot access purchased materials due to a documented fault in our delivery system, we will fix access first; if access cannot be restored within a reasonable period, we may issue a refund or alternative access.
- Change of mind / “not what I expected”: For digital goods, refunds are limited once substantial materials have been accessed, except where mandatory consumer laws provide broader rights in your region.
4. “Cooling off” and local consumer laws
Some jurisdictions give consumers withdrawal rights for distance contracts. Digital content can be exempt once delivery has begun with your consent. Where law requires a refund despite digital delivery, we will comply.
If you believe mandatory local law applies, tell us your country/region of residence when you write so we can review your request appropriately.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can resolve billing issues directly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in loss of access and additional verification for future purchases.
6. Bundles and promotions
If you purchased a bundle, partial refunds may be calculated based on the unused portion of the bundle or promotional rules stated at purchase.
7. Mentoring or live components
If your product includes scheduled sessions, cancellation windows and reschedule rules will be stated in your confirmation. Missing a session without notice may count as a delivered service.
8. Non-refundable items (unless required by law)
Examples may include:
- Fees already paid to third parties on your behalf where those fees are non-refundable.
- Custom work or dedicated reviews that have been substantially completed as described in your agreement.
9. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on banks and processors and may take several business days after approval.
