Comichexa provides informational and educational digital content about comic writing, related visual fundamentals, publishing preparation, and monetization awareness. We are an education provider—we are not a literary agency, employer, publisher of your work, or guarantor of commercial results.

No guarantee of outcomes: We do not promise publication, audience growth, income, awards, or any specific career result. Success depends on your effort, skills, market conditions, and compliance with third-party platform rules.

4. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. If you purchase on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. Our content is intended for adults; see our Privacy Policy regarding children.

5. Accounts and access

Access credentials (if any) are personal. You must not share login information in ways that violate your purchase agreement. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, security risk, or breach of these Terms.

The scope of access (duration, downloads, updates) is defined at checkout or in your order confirmation. “Lifetime access” or similar language, when used, means for the commercial life of the product or platform as described in the product listing—not literally for all time if we discontinue a system for legal or technical reasons, in which case we will provide reasonable alternatives where feasible.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

You will defend and indemnify Comichexa against third-party claims arising from your content, your misuse of Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Tokyo, Japan may have jurisdiction, subject to your non-waivable rights as a consumer.
